Therapy

I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking structured, evidence-based support for relational conflict, intimacy challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in attachment science, systems theory, and empirically supported approaches, with an emphasis on clarity, containment, and meaningful change.

Clients come to this work through different relational entry points; together, we determine the focus that best supports your goals.
